1 § Parliamentary remuneration Committee shall, in accordance with
l. Chapter 3. l § lagen (1994:1065) if economic conditions for
the parliamentary members, determine the amount of the month
Member's fee must be paid with,
2. Chapter 13. paragraph 21 of the same law, decide in matters of income guarantee
and survivor benefits,
3.13 a Cape. section 20 of the law decide in matters of economic
conversion aid and survivor benefits,
4. Chapter 9. 12 a of the repealed Act (1996:304) on fees, etc.
the Swedish members of the European Parliament, shall decide on
adjustment of income guarantee and
5. Chapter 9. section 23 of the same law, decide on the payment of
income guarantee.
Board shall specify the considerations that prompted the decision.
The Board is an authority under the Riksdag. Team (2013:762).
Management
section 2 of the Authority is headed by a Board.
Composition
According to paragraph 3 of Chapter 13. section 15 of the Riksdag Act, the Board consists of
a Chairman and two other members. Law (2014:810).
Management's responsibilities
4 § Board responsible for its activities, subject to the
provisions of the law.
The Board shall ensure that the activities are carried out efficiently and
under current law, that the results are reported on a
reliable and fair manner and that the Board do
well with State funds.
Rules of procedure
§ 5 the Board shall adopt rules of procedure and in the Info

Delegation

Transitional provisions
2012:883
1. This law shall enter into force on January 1, 2013, when the Act
(1993:1426) with instruction for Parliamentary remuneration Committee shall
cease to apply.
2. The provision in section 12 shall apply for the first time in the case of
the fiscal year 2013.

remains a member of the Board during the time that he or
