The financial supervisory authority has, by virtue of section 2 of the Royal Decree (1967:667) with implementing provisions to the Act (1967:663) if added to some traffic annuities and section 2 of the Regulation (2003:832) if value hedge of certain compensation annuities, decided on the amendment of certain annuities as follows.



1. Annuity prompted by an event that occurred before the end of the year 1973: a) Traffic annuity shall be increased by 1.13% (cf. SFS 1967:663).



b) Injury annuity paid for with Government funds increased by 1.13% (cf. SFS 1971:14).



c) Other liability annuity than those parts set 1 (a) and (b), on the other hand has been established before 1 January 2004 shall be increased by one per cent (cf. SFS 1973:214). Such an annuity that has been established on 1 January 2004 or later increased with 1.13%.



2. Annuities prompted by an event that occurred after the end of the year in 1973, and have established before 1 January 2004:



a) Injury annuity under the Act (1973:213) amending the tort annuities shall be increased by one per cent. The same applies to annuities under the same law established by judgment on January 1, 2004 or later, if the judgment at first instance has given before 1 January 2004.



b) that referred to in paragraph 2a shall under road traffic injury Act (1975:1410) also apply when it comes to trafikskade for consideration.



3. Annuities prompted by an event that occurred after the end of the year in 1973 and have been established on 1 January 2004 or later:



a) Injury annuity under the Act (1973:213) amending the tort annuities increased by 1.13%.



b) that referred to in paragraph 3 (a) shall, according to traffic damage Act (1975:1410) also apply when it comes to trafikskade for consideration.
