section 1 of the regulations on Party grant the Board's tasks, see

Act (1972:625) concerning State aid to political parties and

Act (2010:473) on State aid to the parliamentary parties

women's organisations.



The Board is an authority under the Riksdag.



Management



section 2 of the Authority is headed by a Board.



Composition



paragraph 3 of the Board consists of a Chairman and two other members.

The Board of Directors is appointed by the Parliament for a term of six years.

The members shall be or have been regular judges. If a

Transitional provisions



2013:353



1. this law shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.



2. The provision in section 13 shall apply for the first time for

the fiscal year 2013.
