Introductory provision



section 1 of this regulation provides for State aid

to Museum activities with defence historical focus.



Government grants under this regulation be provided subject to availability

on the medium.



The purpose of the State's contribution



2 § the purpose of Government grant is to promote a live

cultural heritage be preserved, used and developed within the

defence historical area. Government contribution shall, in particular, contribute

to the understanding of the historical development of Defense of the 20th century

and promote the historical phenomena and events

associated with this development can depicted on

the Defense historically significant locations around the country.



Conditions for State aid



3 § U/expires: 2016-02-15/

Government grants may be given to activities that are

listed in the annex to this regulation.

Government subsidies may be provided for activities or purposes set out in the annex to this regulation.

4 § State aid can only be given to activities that are

or intended to be available to the public.



§ 5, Government subsidies may be provided in the form of operating grants or

project grants.

1. the applicant's own initiative and ability to long-term

maintain the business,



2. the scope of local and regional co-financing, and



3. State aid granted to the business.



7 § State aid shall not be granted to persons who are liabilities for

Swedish taxes or fees of the bailiff or who are in

liquidation or bankruptcy.



Caseload management



section 8 of the national museums of each State's

maritime museums hears questions about State grants under this

Regulation.



§ 9 an application for Government grants must be in writing and filed

to the authority in accordance with the annex to this regulation

examines the issues of State aid.



section 10 a decision concerning State aid must be subject to conditions.

These should be indicated in the decision. The decision must also last day

for recognition under section 11 is specified.



Accounting

Regulation should account for how the funds have been used and which

Government grant.



Refunds and chargebacks



section 12 of the national museums of each State's

maritime museums may decide that a granting state aid

for the time being should not be paid out, if it can be assumed that

the refund is granted on the basis of incorrect information.



section 13 recipient of a Government contribution under this regulation are

repayment required if



1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or

any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided

improperly or with excessive amounts,



2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly, or

with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,



3. the refund in whole or in part is not used for the

purposes for which it has been granted,



4. a person who has received the grant does not leave such a

report referred to in section 11, or



5. the terms of the decision on the grant has not been followed.



section 14 if someone is obliged to refund under section 13,

The national museums and the national maritime

museums decide to fully or partially recover

Government grant.



section 15 If an amount has been recovered under section 14 is not

paid on time, the penalty interest rate

(1975:635) is levied on the amount.



section 16 if there are special reasons, the State

defence historical museums and national maritime museums

waive in whole or in part a requirement for reimbursement under section 14

or a claim for interest under section 15.



Authorization



section 17 of the national museums of each State's

maritime museums may provide for the enforcement

of this regulation.

The national museums and the State

maritime museums may submit proposals to the activities which

to be eligible to apply for Government grants under this

Regulation.



Proposals should be submitted to the Cabinet Office

(Ministry of culture) by 1 april of the year preceding the year in which the

the activity is proposed to be eligible to apply for

State aid under this regulation.



the entry into force of section 18/in: 2016-02-15/

The national museums and the national maritime museums may submit suggestions for activities or purposes for which it will be possible to apply for Government grants for the purposes of this regulation.



Proposals should be submitted to the Government (Ministry of culture) by 1 april of the year preceding the year in which the amendment referred to enter into force. Regulation (2016:6).



Appeal



section 19 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) contains provisions

If an appeal to the administrative court. Other decisions

than a decision under section 12 shall not, however, be appealed.



Transitional provisions



2013:1007



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on January 1, 2014, when

Ordinance (2007:1438) on State aid to

defence historical museum activities shall be repealed.



2. The repealed regulation still apply, however, for

State aid granted before its entry into force.
