section 1 of this regulation provides that connects

to the law (2013:1164) on electronic road toll systems.



The terms used in this regulation have the same meaning

as to the law on electronic road toll systems, Act (2001:559)

on road traffic definitions and Regulation (2001:651) if

road traffic definitions.



Competent authorities



section 2 of the Swedish Transport Agency to

given on the basis of the law.



section 16 of the Swedish Transport Agency may provide for

enforcement of the law (2013:1164) on electronic

road toll systems and this regulation, other than in cases

referred to in section 17.



section 17 of the National Board may provide for

enforcement of section 24 of the Act (2013:1164) on electronic

road toll systems and 5 – 7 sections.
