section 1 of this regulation is complementary to the European Parliament and of the

Council Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009 of 25 november 2009

allowing voluntary participation by organisations in a community

eco-management and audit scheme (Emas) and if

repealing Regulation (EC) no 761/2001 and Commission

decision 2001/681/EC and 2006/193/EC.



The regulation is notified pursuant to Chapter 8. 7 §

the Constitution Act.



section 2 of the environmental verifiers shall, in accordance with article 28 of the

Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009, in the original wording,

be accredited for indication of

accreditation and technical control of the European Parliament

and Council Regulation (EC) no 765/2008 of 9 July 2008 concerning

requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the

marketing of products and repealing Regulation (EEC) no

339/93, in the original wording, and the law (2011:791) if

accreditation and technical control.



section 3 of the environmental protection agency is the competent registration organ according to

Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009.



section 4 of the environmental protection agency may charge fees for the activities

resulting from the task in paragraph 3, decide if the fees

and outlining the revenues in the business.



section 5 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) contains provisions
