Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on fees for
to finance the Energy market Inspectorate's tasks under
Act (2013:385) for action against market abuse at
trading in wholesale energy products.

The provisions of this regulation are announced supported
by section 19 of the Act (2013:385) for action against market abuse
in the case of trade in wholesale energy products.

This regulation is notified pursuant to section 19 of the Act (2013:385) for action against market abuse in the wholesale energy trading products and applicable fees referred to in that paragraph. Regulation (2015:543).
paragraph 3 of the terms and expressions used in this regulation were
the same meaning as in the Act (2013:385) for action against
market abuse in the wholesale energy trading products.
section 4 of the charges under this Regulation shall be equal to an
amount equal to the Energy market Inspectorate's annual
costs for the activity to be financed pursuant to paragraph 1.
The total fees to finance
Energy market authority's costs for supervision and
market monitoring may be a maximum of seven million
euros per year.
Fee for record keeping
§ 5, a market participant shall pay an annual
for our record keeping fee of 4 000 SEK per started
calendar year. If the operator has not been registered from
the beginning of the year, the fee is reduced by reference to the time
that the operator has not been registered.
Fee for oversight and market monitoring

A market participant shall pay an annual fee for supervision
and market surveillance. The fee is calculated according to
a market participant's share of the previous year's trading as those of

integrity and transparency of wholesale markets for energy, in
the original wording. The fee shall amount to at least 1 000 SEK per year.
6 §/entry into force: 2015-10-06/
A market participant shall pay an annual fee for oversight and market monitoring. The fee shall amount to SEK 1,000 plus the unit amounts, in addition, is required to cover under paragraph 4 of the Energy market Inspectorate costs for enforcement and market surveillance. Unit-amount shall constitute such a large proportion of the remaining costs equivalent to the market operator's share of trade in wholesale energy products at wholesale markets for energy.
In the calculation, the share of trade refer to the trade that the registered market participants engaged in during the preceding calendar year. The proportion of trade to be calculated after the trade as market participants have reported according to article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) no 1227/2011 by 25 October 2011 on the integrity and transparency of wholesale markets for energy, in the original wording. If a market participant has not fulfilled its reporting obligations, the energy markets Inspectorate set the fee at a reasonable amount.

Decision and payment of fee
section 7 of the energy market Inspectorate shall annually decide which
charge a market participant shall pay, in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6.

Transitional provisions
2015:543
/Entry into force: 2015-10-06/
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 november 2014.

2. A market participant who is required to pay the fee in accordance with section 6 for 2015 shall, by 31 December 2015 to the energy market Inspectorate to report its wholesale energy trading products in 2014 on such organized market places referred to in article 2(4) of Commission implementing Regulation (EC) No 1348/2014 of 17 december 2014 if the reporting of information in order to implement article 8.2 and 8.6 in European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) no 1227/2011 on the integrity and transparency of wholesale markets for energy in the original wording.
A market participant who register with the energy markets Inspectorate during the period 1 november to 31 december 2015 at the latest, however, report their trade at the time of registration. Regulation (2015:543).
3. for purposes of calculating the fee for 2015, in accordance with paragraph 6, the proportion of trade instead of what is said in paragraph 6, second subparagraph, second sentence, is calculated by the reporting referred to in point 2. If the reporting obligation is not fulfilled, the energy market Inspectorate determine the fee according to section 6 of the first paragraph for 2015 to a reasonable amount.
