paragraph 1 of this regulation are regulations on how

§ 5/entry into force: 04/01/2016

A storage room in a police custody may derogate from the requirements of section 2 of the first paragraph on floor space and ceiling height, with a maximum cubic content 5%.

Transitional provisions



2016:84



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 2016.



2. The new section 5 applies only to storage rooms that are completed before the entry into force.
