The Swedish financial supervisory authority decides, pursuant to article 2 of the Decree (1967:667) with detailed rules for the application of the law (1967:663) if added to some traffic annuities and section 2 of the Regulation (2003:832) if value hedge of certain compensation annuities, amending certain annuities as follows.



1. Annuity prompted by an event that occurred before the end of the year 1973:



a) Traffic annuity will be increased by 0.22% (cf. SFS 1967:663).



b) Injury annuity paid for with State funds raised by 0.22% (cf. SFS 1971:14).



c) Other liability annuity than that specified in 1(a) and (b), on the other hand has been established before 1 January 2004, will be left unchanged (cf. SFS 1973:214). Such an annuity that has been established on 1 January 2004 or later by 0.22%.



2. Annuities prompted by an event that occurred after the end of the year in 1973, and have established before 1 January 2004:



a) Injury annuity under the Act (1973:213) amending the tort annuities is left unchanged. The same applies to annuities under the same law established by judgment on January 1, 2004 or later, if the judgment at first instance has given before 1 January 2004.



b) those mentioned in 2(a) shall according to section 9 of the traffic damage Act (1975:1410) also apply when it comes to trafikskade for consideration.



3. Annuities prompted by an event that occurred after the end of the year in 1973 and have been established on 1 January 2004 or later:



a) Injury annuity under the Act (1973:213) amending the tort annuities by 0.22%.



b) that referred to in paragraph 3 (a) shall, according to traffic damage Act (1975:1410) also apply when it comes to trafikskade for consideration.
