Contents of the regulation



Article 1 this regulation lays down rules on jurisdiction

court examination of an application referred to in



1. Chapter 3. 8 § law (1904:26 s. 1) on certain international

legal relations in respect of marriage and guardianship,



2. Article 9 of the Act (1936:79) on the recognition and enforcement of

judgment given in Switzerland,



3. section 7 of the Act (1965:723) on the recognition and enforcement of

certain foreign judgments and decisions concerning maintenance to

children,



4. section 38 the nuclear liability Act (1968:45),



5. section 7 of the Act (1969:12) in the light of Sweden's access

to the Convention on 19 May 1956 on the contract for the

the international carriage of goods by road,



6. Article 9 of the Act (1976:108) on the recognition and enforcement of

foreign key relating to maintenance obligations,



7. section 13 of the Act (1983:368) on the recognition and enforcement of

Austrian decisions in civil and commercial matters,



8. section 12 of the Act (1983:1015) on the occasion of the access

Competent court



section 2 of an application referred to in paragraph 1 is made to the District Court in

the following list in whose jurisdiction the defendant has its

resident. If the defendant is not domiciled in Sweden, are made

application to the Nacka District Court.
