Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
for tutors in reading and writing skills within the framework of the
training Read the cod-guide teachers and pre-school teachers in
pre-school class, the elementary school and the corresponding school forms and
secondary and upper secondary school for pupils with learning disabilities.
section 2 of the tutorial is aimed at teachers and pre-school teachers
to develop teaching in order to better support and
improve students ' reading and writing skills.
paragraph 3 of the State grant is provided on the availability of funds.
Conditions for State aid
4 § State aid under this Regulation may be submitted to
principals in the pre-school class, the elementary school and the corresponding
school forms as well as secondary and upper secondary school for pupils with learning disabilities.
The State contribution is paid for one calendar year (premium years) at a time.
paragraph 5 of the State subsidy is payable for reimbursement of salary with a
flat rate for tutors in reading and writing development
as
1. are employees of the principal until further notice or for
a limited amount of time, and
2. at 10 per cent or 20 per cent of full time serving as
supervisor of teachers and pre-school teachers in reading and
writing skills in the context of training Read the codend.
The lump sum referred to in the first subparagraph shall be equal to 10
per cent and 20 per cent of an average full-time salary
for a teacher.
section 6 of the Government subsidies may be provided only to such registered
teachers and preschool teacher as the principal appointed to
tutor in reading and writing skills and that
1. qualified to teach on the subject of Swedish, Swedish as
a second language or otherwise has good
knowledge of language development approach,
2. have at least four years of experience in teaching, and
3. have experience of and interest in developing
teaching with other preschool teacher or
teacher.
7 § State aid may also be provided for other costs that can
be placed under supervision in accordance with this regulation.

Applications and decisions on State aid

Refunds and chargebacks

Regulation is liable to refund if
1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or
any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided
improperly or with excessive amounts,
2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly, or
with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,
3. the refund entirely or partially unused or not
has been used for the purpose for which it has been provided for,
4. the recipient does not submit such a report referred to in section 13,
or
5. the recipient did not comply with the terms of the decision on the contribution.
section 16 of the State's school will decide to fully or partially require
back a contribution if someone is required to repay pursuant to the
section 15.
If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education remit
repayment in whole or in part.
section 17 On State subsidies needed back, interest will be charged from
on the day that is one month after the decision on the
chargebacks have been made, and after an interest rate at each
time exceeds government lending rate with two
percentage points.
If there are special reasons for it, the State's school
waive requirements on interest in whole or in part.
Authorization
section 18 of the State's school may provide for
1. the costs incurred by the Government under section 7 may be left
for,
2. the flat-rate amounts and the calculation of Government grant,
and
3. other enforcement of this regulation.
Appeal
section 19 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
