1 § to promote research and development and innovation

accordance with chapter I and article 28 of the Commission's

Regulation (EC) No 651/2014.



13 § aid for process and organisational innovation

provided in accordance with chapter I and article 29 of the

Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014.

the aquaculture sector in accordance with chapters I and

Article 30 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014.



15 § Aid to education provided in accordance with chapters I and

Article 31 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014.



Procedure in State aid cases



section 16 of the applicant for aid shall do so in writing to the

Agency for innovation systems (authority). The authority may in

Transitional provisions



2015:208



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on May 1, 2015.



2. The regulation repeals Regulation (2008:762) if

State aid for research and development and innovation.

The repealed regulation still apply, however, to support
