Procedure in State aid cases

Agency for innovation systems (authority). The authority may in

Transitional provisions



2015:208



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on May 1, 2015.



2. The regulation repeals Regulation (2008:762) if

State aid for research and development and innovation.

The repealed regulation still apply, however, to support
