Procedure in State aid cases
section 16 of the applicant for aid shall do so in writing to the
Agency for innovation systems (authority). The authority may in
individual cases to decide on how this obligation shall
be fulfilled.

Transitional provisions
2015:208
1. this Regulation shall enter into force on May 1, 2015.
2. The regulation repeals Regulation (2008:762) if
