section 1 of the public procurement authority has overall responsibility for the
develop, manage and support the procurement carried out
by contracting authorities and entities. The authority shall
push for a legally certain, efficient and socially and
environmentally sustainable procurement for the benefit of the citizens
and business development. The authority shall promote
innovative solutions for procurement.
2 § the museums shall provide support to the contracting authorities,
devices and providers. The aid should be directed towards
