section 1 of this regulation contains provisions relating to the law (2008:112) on eco-design.



The regulation is notified pursuant



-eco-design section 17 of the Act in terms of section 4,



– Chapter 8. section 7 of the Constitution in respect of the other provisions.

Glossary



section 2 of the terms of this regulation have the same meaning as in the Act (2008:112) on eco-design.



Supervisory authority



paragraph 3 of the State's energy authority is the supervisory authority under section 13 of the Act (2008:112) on eco-design.



Costs for sampling



4 § the manufacturer of energy-related product or energy-related part or an authorised representative shall replace the Swedish Energy Agency for costs related to the sampling and examination of samples by product or part.



Liability applies only in cases where the product or part proven to not comply with the requirements established by law (2008:112) on eco-design, according to the rules given in connection with the Act or pursuant to the provisions of an implementing measure within the meaning of article 15 of the European Parliament and Council directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy related products.



Appeal



section 5 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) there are provisions for appeal to the administrative court.
