Key Benefits:
Article 14 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations confers on natural persons the right to choose at all times if they communicate with Public administrations for the exercise of their rights and obligations through electronic means or not, unless they are obliged to do so.
For their part, legal persons shall in any case be obliged to relate through electronic means with the Public Administrations for the performance of any procedural steps of an administrative procedure.
In order to enable the exercise of the right or obligation to communicate electronically with the Public Administrations, in the field of competence of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds, it is necessary to extend the cast of available electronic procedures, procedures and communications.
The final disposition of the ECC/523/2013 Order of 26 March, which establishes and regulates the Electronic Register of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, enables the holder of the Secretariat of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness to include new procedures, procedures and communications to which the provisions of the Order will apply.
In its virtue, I have:
First. Approval of new procedures, procedures and specific communications to be included in the scope of the ECC/523/2013 Order of 26 March, creating and regulating the Electronic Register of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
The inclusion in the scope of the ECC/523/2013 Order, of 26 March, for which the Electronic Registry of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness of the new procedures, formalities and procedures is created and regulated communications from the field of competence of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds set out in the Annex, with its corresponding identification code (SIA).
Second. Entry into force.
This resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
