In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 laying down the procedure for the amendment of curricula has already verified, prior to the positive report of the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation to the modifications of the curriculum corresponding to the teaching of Master University in Management of the Building and Construction- Construction Management MBA by the European University of Madrid, previously called Master University in Management of Building and Civil Construction, whose title was approved by the Council of Ministers Agreement of 22 June 2012, published by Resolution of the General Secretariat of Universities of 14 July 2012 (Bulletin State Officer of July 30, 2012), and whose curriculum was published by the University Resolution of March 1, 2013 in the "Official State Gazette" of March 28, 2013 and amended by Resolution of the University of 5 March 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the State of 19 June 2013,

This Rectorate has resolved to order the publication of the modification of the curriculum of Master University in Management of Building and Construction-Construction Management MBA by the European University of Madrid the new structured curriculum as stated in this Resolution.
