Warned errors in the text of Order ARM/3368/2010, of 27 December, for which the Technical Regulation of Control and Certification of Cereal Seeds is approved, inserted in the "Official Gazette of the State" number 317, 30 December 2010, it is appropriate to subsash them through timely rectification:
All plant botanical names and scientific names of other organisms mentioned in that Regulation have to be indicated in italics.
On page 108745, add after the third paragraph of the preamble the following:
" The characteristics of the cereal seeds described in the Regulation shall be taken into account and shall apply to imports of seed from third countries or to the marketing of seed from the European Space in Application of the General Technical Control and Certification Regulation of Seed and Plant of Vivero, approved by Order of 23 May 1986. "
On page 108755, in the first part of the table in Annex 2 Seed requirements, where it is indicated for the piste:
