The strength of foreign trade in Extremadura makes it necessary to enable a railway customs office in order to promote and facilitate the external traffic of goods related to production and processing agri-food.

The Subdelegation of the Government of Badajoz, on behalf of the Directorate General of Coordination and Administration of the Peripheral Services of the Ministry of the Presidency, has requested from the Department of Customs and Taxation Special of the State Agency of Tax Administration the enablement for the realization of the functions of a customs precinct in the railway station of Badajoz.

examined this request, and taking into account that the proposed amendment does not imply the creation of an organic unit of any kind, in use of the delegation conferred by the Resolution of 24 June 1999, of the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency, for the clearance of customs offices, I have:

Single item. Clearance of the Badajoz-railway customs precinct.

The customs office of Badajoz-railway, dependent on the Provincial Customs and Excise Dependence of Badajoz of the Special Delegation of the State Administration of Tax Administration, is enabled. Extremadura.

Single additional disposition. No increase in public expenditure.

The implementation of the provisions of this Resolution will not imply increased spending on the budget of the State Tax Administration Agency.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

Madrid, 7 October 2011.-The President of the State Tax Administration Agency, P. D. (Resolution of 24 June 1999), the Director of the Department of Customs and Excise, Antonio de la Ossa Martinez.
