Order PRE/1868/2010, of 5 July, approved the regulatory bases for the grant by the Center for Sociological Research of grants for training and research in matters of interest to the Agency, and in its Article 11 established the amount and compatibility of the aid.
The need to adapt the basic regulation of the granting of aid for research and training to the available budgetary resources at any time advises to amend the content of Article 11 by eliminating of the general regulation a concretion too specific of the quantities of possible adjudication and giving more generality to the Order of regulatory bases, leaving that it is the Resolution of call of each year the one that details the envelopes (a) the budget for which the budget is counted each year.
Law 38/2003 of 17 November, General of Grants, establishes in article 17.1, that in the field of the General Administration of the State, as well as of the public bodies and other entities of public law with (a) the Council of Ministers of the European Union, the Council of Ministers of the European Union, the Council of Ministers of the European Union and the Council of Ministers of the European Union, the procedure provided for in Article 24 of Law 50/1997 of 27 November of the Government, prior to the report of the legal services and the corresponding Delegated Intervention and shall be published in the "Official Gazette of the State".
In its virtue, I have:
Single item. Amendment of Order PRE/1868/2010 of 5 July 2010 laying down the regulatory basis for the award by the Centre for Sociological Research of grants for training and research in matters of interest to the Body.
Article 11 of Order PRE/1868/2010, of 5 July, is worded as follows:
" Article 11. Modalities, amount and compatibility of the aid.
1. The modalities of aid for research shall be as follows:
(a) Aid for the exploitation of the CIS Data Bank:
a) .1 Individual.
a) .2 A research team.
b) Aid for the completion of doctoral theses.
2. The research aid granted by the CIS will be financed from a total of a minimum of 50,000 and a maximum of EUR 70,000 from the budget application 25.102.462M.481. The exact amount of the item, as well as the different modalities, will be determined annually in each call resolution always on the basis of the budgetary resources allocated to Chapter IV of the Budget of the Sociological Research.
3. The payment of the aid will be made after the subsidised activity, in any event the withholding tax on the Income Tax of the Physical Persons.
4. The benefit of the aid shall be annual and incompatible with that of any other simultaneous public or private aid or grant of similar characteristics. Candidates who have received from the CIS an aid of the same modality in the immediately preceding call may not participate in the selection process. "
Single end disposition. Entry into force.
This Ministerial Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
