On a proposal from the Director General of Armament and Material, in relation to the Program of Spending Program DI0705 of the EDA "JIP CBRN", the amount of which is five hundred and ninety-seven thousand five hundred and twenty-seven euros (597,527 €) VAT included, corresponding to the annuity 2011 and charged to the budget application 14.003.670.464A.1.
Having regard to the favorable report of the General Legal Counsel of Defense dated August 17, 2011, resolute:
1. Authorize the Start Order of the Expense Expedient for the D10705-EDA Program "JIP CBRN".
2. Delegate to the Director General of Armament and Material, in accordance with Article 13 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, the processing of the corresponding expenditure file, including its approval and commitment.
