Having regard to the draft update of the Charter of Services of the Government Delegation in Andalusia and Subdelegation of the Government in Seville, and in accordance with the favourable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Policies Public and Quality of Services,

This Sub-Secretariat, in use of the competence assigned to it in Article 11.1 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of July 29, establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, has resolved to approve the update of the said Charter of Services, which will enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

The printed text of the aforementioned Charter of Services will be available in the aforementioned Delegation/Subdelegation. It will also be accessible via the following Internet address: www.060.es. Public websites. Quality.
