Obtained the verification of the study plan by the Council of Universities prior to the approval of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, as well as the authorization of the Autonomous Community and established the official character of the title by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 17 December 2010 (published in the BOE of 14 January 2011 by Resolution of the General Secretariat of Universities of 23 December 2010).

This Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, has resolved to publish the plan of studies leading to the obtaining of the official degree of Graduation or Graduation in Criminology by the Universitat de Valencia, which will be structured as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.

The student will be able to take subjects from any itinerary to completing 30 optional credits, or to attend an itinerary of those offered.

With the implementation of this plan of studies of the degree of Graduate or Graduate in Criminology, and for the purposes of the provisions of article 11.3 of Royal Decree 1497/1987, of 27 November, the plan will be declared extinct of studies leading to the official degree of Licentiate or Licentiate in Criminology, published in the BOE of 5 August 2005.
