In compliance with the provisions of the final provision of the Ministerial Order of 25 March 1998, which regulates the specialized fishing of demersal species and deep species with bottom longline arts in the waters of other Member States of the European Union.

Taking into account the Order APA/3838/2006 of 13 December amending the Ministerial Order of 25 March 1998 regulating the specialized fishing of demersal species and deep species with a gear of Bottom longline in waters of other Member States of the European Union and for which the transmission of fishing days between vessels belonging to the Census of longline vessels less than 100 gross registered tonnes (GRT) may be regulated. fishing in zone VIIIa, b, d of the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES).

This General Secretariat of the Sea, heard the sector concerned resolves:

First.

Publish as Annex I the census of longline vessels under 100 gross registered tonnes (GRT) which may fish in zone VIIIa, b, d of the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES), during the year 2012, account for variations in the year 2011.

This annex includes the name of the fishing vessel, registration and portfolio, as well as the fishing days for the year to which it corresponds.

Second.

Publish, as Annex II, the update of the list of vessels for deep-species fishing.

Third.

This Resolution will produce effects from January 1, 2012.
