Having regard to the text of the minutes of 30 November 2011 in which the agreement for the extension of the national collective agreement on non-daily press (Convention code No 99010555011996), which was signed by the Member States, was adopted. Business associations ARI and AEPPP, representing companies in the sector, and, of the other, by the FES-UGT and FSC-CC.OO. Trade Union Organisations, representing the employees of the sector, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Work General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said Agreement in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

Non-daily national press collective agreement extension agreement

Madrid, 30 November 2011.

Gathered the representative business organizations and signatories of the state collective agreement of the non-daily press, ARI and AEPPP, and the representative trade union organizations and signatories of the state collective agreement of the non-daily press, FeS-UGT and FSC-CC.OO., and in attention to the difficult situation that the sector is passing and with the objective of protecting the maximum the employment in it, agree to extend during 2012 the validity of the collective state agreement of the press not daily in all its content, except for the particularities in terms of wages develop in the following sections.

By virtue of this, the agreement to extend the collective agreement establishing the signatory parties thus provides for the 2012 wage tables to be the same as those for the 2011 financial year, signed on 22 December 2011. of June 2011, and duly updated with the actual IPC of 2011, and that they will be signed as soon as the actual IPC is officially known.

As far as the 2013 financial year is concerned, at the moment it is established that salary tables, base salary, for those workers who credit wage levels equal to or less than 20,000 gross euros per year. will update in the increase equivalent to the actual CPI of 2012, all without prejudice to the wage agreement that the negotiation of the collective agreement of the state for the year 2013 finally establishes. However, the undertakings concerned by the collective agreement of the State which are in the situations described in Article 82.3 of the Staff Regulations may benefit from the same Article of the Workers ' Statute. provides for the implementation of the wage revision.

Also, Article 9 of the State Collective Agreement on non-daily press continues to apply.

Expressly it is agreed that before 30 November 2012 a meeting of the Negotiating Commission of the Collective Agreement will be held, composed of the business and trade union organizations that are signatories to the collective agreement.
