Having regard to the text of the Act to which the amended salary tables are attached, corresponding to the years 2010 and 2011, of the 4th State Collective Agreement for the Dispatches of Tax and Tax Advisors, Convention Code Number: 99012405011999, Acta that was signed dated December 27, 2011, by the Spanish Federation of Professional Associations of Tax and Tax Advisors representing companies in the sector, and another by trade union organisations COMFIA-CC.OO. and FES-UGT on behalf of workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text adopted by Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said Act in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.

Second.

Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE IV STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF DISPATCHES OF TAX TECHNICIANS AND TAX ADVISORS

In business representation:

Spanish Federation of Professional Associations of Tax and Tax Advisors, Juan Santiago Werner Alcon.

In Madrid, on December 27, two thousand eleven, at the headquarters of the Federation of Financial and Administrative Services of CC.OO. (Comfia), in the Plaza de Cristino Martos n. 4 of Madrid, being 10.30 hours, the lords expressed on the margin are gathered, intervening in the representation that is indicated.

The meeting aims to rectify the error in the salary tables for the year 2010, as well as for the year 2011, according to the wording of Chapter VIII, Article 24, corresponding to the Fourth Convention State Collective for Technical Offices.

By unanimity of the representations of the organizations involved, the following are adopted:

Agreements:

First.

Attach to this Act the modified Salarial Tables, corresponding to the year 2010 and 2011, with the resulting difference to be paid.

Second.

Empower Mr. Enrique Pérez Moratilla, of COMFIA-CCOO, member of the Negotiating Commission of the said Convention, so that, in the name and representation of the same register the corresponding subsanations in the Ministry of Labor.

And there are no other issues to be dealt with, subject to the drafting, reading and approval of these minutes by unanimity, all those gathered, in the representation that they hold respectively, on the date and the place of the present. Cited principle.
