To this effect, once the INE has made it known that the Consumer Price Index corresponding to 2011 has been located at 2.4%, both representations note that the wage revision clause enters into operation. regulated in Article 37 of the Convention.

Consequently, given that the revised 2010 salary table was provisionally applied during 2011, as it was considered that there was no government inflation forecast for that year, it is now appropriate, once noted. that the actual CPI at 31 December has been located at 2,4%, to proceed with the application of the above mentioned percentage for the year 2011, with retroactive effect from the first of January, in the terms of Articles 36 and 37 of the Convention.

According to Article 37, the salary concepts affected by the revision are, in addition to the Table of Salaries Base per Remuneration Level and the Table of the Complement for Experience, the Complement of Individual Adaptation, the Plus de Residencia, the Plus Functional Inspection and the economic aid for housing in the transfer assumptions.

According to the aforementioned precept, this wage revision and its arrears will be paid in one pay during the first quarter of 2012.

For the assumption that the CPI taken into consideration may experience some deviation with the index to be determined on a definitive basis, both representations agree that, if such a circumstance occurred, and at last In order to avoid the administrative disorder that its implementation entails, any differences that could be derived by all the concepts, would not be treated as arrears or discounts, but would be incorporated after their calculation, for incorporate, in more or less, the following Salarial Tables to be applied pursuant to Convention.
