On December 27, 2011, the "Official State Gazette" was published in Order EHA/3524/2011 of 13 December, for which the delegation of the inspection of the tax was granted, with effect from 1 January 2012. on Economic Activities to certain local entities.
Having observed in the aforementioned Order the omission of the delegation of the inspection to the Diputación of Badajoz, for the Town of Badajoz, that it had submitted its application within the deadline set in article 18 of the Royal Decree 243/1995 of 17 February 1995 laying down rules for the management of the tax on economic activities and regulating the delegation of powers in respect of the censal management of that tax, the order should be completed and grant the requested delegation.
In its virtue, I have:
Single item. Amendment of Order EHA/3524/2011 of 13 December on the delegation of the Economic Activities Tax Inspectorate.
Article 2 of Order EHA/3524/2011 of 13 December on the delegation of the Economic Activities Tax inspection is worded as follows:
" Article 2. Delegation of the Economic Activities Tax Inspection to Diputations.
The delegation of the inspection of the Tax on Economic Activities is granted, with the limits and conditions set out in the Order of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, of 10 June 1992, for which the delegation and collaboration in the inspection of the Tax on Economic Activities, and with effect from January 1, 2012, to the following Diputations:
Badajoz deputy.
For City Hall:
-Badajoz.
Diputación de Girona.
For the Ayndalls of:
-Darnius.
-Garrigula.
Diputación de Ourense.
For the Ayndalls of:
-Barbed.
-Valdeorras Carballeda.
-Entrimó.
-Lobeira.
-Melon.
-Muinos.
-Viana do Bolo.
-Limia Xinzo.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.
This Order shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State and shall have effect from 1 January 2012.
This Order may be brought before the National Court for a period of two months from the day following its publication.
