In the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990 of 15 October of the Sport, the Commission Directive of the High Council of Sport, in its session of 2 February 2012, has adopted definitely the modification of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Federation of Hunting, authorizing their registration in the Register of Sports Associations.
In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December on Spanish sports federations and the Registration of Sports Associations,
This Secretary of State agrees:
Have the publication of the amendment of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Federation of Hunting, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX
Statutes of the Royal Spanish Federation of Hunting
Article 99.
1. The field of sport discipline in the case of activities or competitions at the state level and, where appropriate, international, or affecting persons participating in them, extends to infringements of the rules of the game or competition and rules Sports general typified in Law 10/1990, of 15 October, of the Sport, the Organic Law of 21 November, of protection of health and the fight against doping in sport, Law 19/2007, of July 11, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, Royal Decree 1591/1992 of 23 December 1992 on Sports discipline and other provisions of development of these.
2. The disciplinary regime of the RFEC shall be regulated as an annex to these statutes, with the approval of the Judicial and Disciplinary Regulation, which shall be approved by the Delegation of the General Assembly and definitively by the Commission. 3. The RFEC's Judicial and Disciplinary Regulation will also establish the procedures to be followed for the resolution of all those issues that require an agreement in relation to the activities and sports competitions of the RFEC. immediately for its normal development, with preclusive form and deadlines that are necessary, guaranteeing in any case the right of audience.
4. The Royal Spanish Federation of Hunting, in accordance with the provisions of the International Convention against the Doping of UNESCO, in the anti-doping regulations of the International Federation, as well as in the World Anti-Doping Code, of enforced compliance for the same, it shall notify the Commission of the Control and Monitoring of Health and the Doping of the penalties imposed by the commission of doping offences provided for in the Organic Law of 22 November of 22 November, health and the fight against doping in sport, for publication through the Council's website Superior of Sports to be this the governing body of disciplinary authority in the field of doping, being contrary to the Organic Law 15/1999 the subsequent processing of the published data, by any subject other than the Superior Council of Sports.
5. The publication shall contain only the data relating to the infringer, the sports speciality, the infringement, the penalty imposed, and only where the substance consumed or the method used is absolutely essential. The publication of penalties which are firm on the administrative basis shall be possible only, not exceeding the time for the suspension or deprivation of the federal licence.
6. The decisions taken in the procedures for the imposition of disciplinary sanctions for doping dealt with by the disciplinary bodies of the RFEC in its field of competence must include the notification to the person concerned that, in the event of a disciplinary sanction has been imposed, this will be the subject of publication on the Internet, in the terms indicated in this precept and in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the Law 15/1999.
