Having regard to the text of the final salary tables corresponding to the year 2011 of the Collective Agreement on Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives (Convention Code No. 99003175011981), which was signed on 24 January 2012, a part of the National Federation of Dairy Industries representing companies in the sector, and of the other by trade union organizations CC.OO. and UGT representing the workers of the sector, and in accordance with the provisions of the article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Staff Regulations Act, recast text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May 2010 on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements

This Employment General Address resolves:

Order the registration of the aforementioned Salarial Review in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF DAIRY INDUSTRIES AND THEIR DERIVATIVES, IN ORDER TO FIX THE FINAL SALARY TABLE FOR THE YEAR 2011

In the city of Madrid, on January 24, 2012, being 12.00 hours, the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives in the social headquarters of the National Federation of Industrial Lacteas (c/ Ayala, 10, 1. º izda. Madrid), with the Trade Union and Employers ' Organizations present in the margin referred to, all of them represented by the people who are also indicated in this margin, and are going to debate the next item on the agenda:

Approval of Final Salary Tables for the year 2011.

Once the actual CPI for 2011 (fixed at 2.4%) is known; and in compliance with the provisions of the additional provision of the Collective Agreement of Dairy Industries and its Derivatives (for the years 2008 to 2012), has convened the present meeting to establish, concretize and approve the final salary tables for 2011, which represent the application of an increase of 2.4% of real CPI to the final tables of 2010. As a result, the final salary tables that are finally agreed for 2011 will be those taken into account, where appropriate, for the calculation of the provisional salary tables for 2012.

By the assistants, the final salary tables for the year 2011, which are attached to this Act, are approved and signed in accordance with Annex III of the current Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives.

The parties agree to establish a period of 7 calendar days in order to be able to correct any arithmetic errors existing in the final salary tables of 2011, after that time the tables annexed to this document will be valid.

Finally, the parties entrust to the business representation the completion of the necessary formalities for the processing, registration, deposit and publication of the referred Salarial Tables in the " Official Journal of the State ", authorizing Don Pedro Valentin-Gamazo and de Cárdenas, to sign on behalf of the commission how many documents are necessary for this.
