According to the provisions of the previous regulations, the Plenary of the Council of Protectorate approved at its meeting of 30 June 2011 the "Procedures and control criteria common to the modalities of the game authorized to the ONCE" and the "ONCE instant lottery control procedures and criteria".

In accordance with the said framework of management, the ONCE must communicate in sufficient time the conditions of all its modalities of play authorized to the Council of Protectorate, as an organ to which the Protectorate of the State of the Organization, for its knowledge and verification that the terms of the State concession and other regulations of general application are fulfilled, as well as for its publication in the "Official Gazette of the State" consumers.
