Having regard to the contents of the final salary tables corresponding to the year 2011 of the Collective Agreement, State-wide of the lotteries administrations, (Convention Code No. 99000075011981), which was signed on 8 June February 2012 by the National Federation of Professional Associations of Lotteries Administrators (FEMAPAL) and the National Association of Provincial Associations of Lotteries Administrators (ANAPAL) representing companies of the sector, and of the other by the State Federation of Trade Workers, Hosteleria-Tourism and Gaming of UGT (CHTJ-UGT) and the State Federation of Hotels and Tourism of CC.OO (FECOHT-CC.OO) on behalf of the workers of the same, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law of Workers ' Statute, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements, this Directorate-General of Employment resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned Salarial Review in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

ACT OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE FIFTH SECTORAL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF LOTTERIES (2010-2011)

The wage and economic differences for the 2011 wage revision will be settled on the April 2012 payroll.

Bernardo García Rodríguez is hereby mandated to carry out the necessary steps before the General Directorate of Labour for the registration of these minutes and their publication in the Official Gazette of the State.

Being the 18 hours after signature in sample of conformity of six copies of the present minutes, with the delivery of one copy to each signatory and the two remaining for its presentation to the labor authority, it is terminated the Session of the Negotiating Commission.
