Having regard to the favorable report of the General Legal Counsel of Defense dated February 24, 2012, I resolve:
1. Authorize the Start Order of the Expense Equipment for the Soldier on Foot (CDES) program.
2. Delegate to the Director General of Armament and Material, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Legal Regime and Administrative Procedure 30/1992, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, the processing of the relevant expenditure file, including its approval and commitment.
