In the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990 of 15 October of the Sport, the Commission Directive of the High Council of Sport, in its session of 2 February 2012, has adopted definitely the modification of Article 1, of the Statutes of the Spanish Surf Federation, authorizing their registration in the Register of Sports Associations.

In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish sports federations and the Register of Sports Associations, I have the publication of the amendment of the Statutes of the Spanish Surf Federation, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX

Statutes of the Spanish Surf Federation

Article 1. º

The Spanish Surf Federation (FES) is a non-profit, non-profit, associative entity that has as its object, the promotion, the development and the organization of the Surf in the Spanish State, in the which holds, with its exclusive character, the representation of the Surf and which, in addition to its own powers, exercises, by delegation, public functions of an administrative nature. It integrates the regional federations, athletes, technicians, judges, clubs and other interested groups that are dedicated to the practice of surfing.

Within that Federation, and without prejudice to the recognition of their own identity, they are welcomed and comprise the following specialties recognized by the ISA ("International Surfing Association"):

Surfboard.

Longboard.

Bodyboard.

Kneeboard.

Skidboard.

Bodysurf (Surf to Chest).

Tandem Surf.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP).

Town-in Surf.
