In connection with the service provided by telephone 060 "Information service of the General Administration of the State" by the Directorate General of Administrative Modernization, Procedures and Impulse of the Administration Electronics (formerly the General Directorate for the Impulse of Electronic Administration).
In application of the provisions of Article 5 of the Resolution of 30 November 2011, of the Secretariat of State of Telecommunications and the Information Society of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, by amending the allocation of number 060 to the information service of the General Administration of the State and published in the Official Gazette of the State of 16 December 2011.
Once the agreement with the telephone service operator has been reached to provide the service under the conditions set out in that Resolution, I have:

The commissioning of telephone 060 under the technical and economic conditions set out in the Resolution of 30 November 2011, by the Secretariat of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, by means of this Resolution, with the following characteristics:
The date on which the telephone 060 is placed under these conditions shall be the day after the entry into force of this Resolution.
The designated telephone service operator for the termination of calls is the Colt Technology Services S.A.U.
The call center from which this service is to be provided is located in Madrid.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
