Having regard to the text of the agreement of the Negotiating Commission of the XIV Collective Agreement of the ONCE and its Staff, (Convention Code No. 90003912011984), which was signed dated March 8, 2012, on the one hand by those appointed by the Management of the company in its representation and of another by the unions UGT and CCOO on behalf of the workers and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Staff Regulations, Recast adopted by Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May 2010 on the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and agreements,
This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the said agreement in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.
Second.
Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

AGREEMENT OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE XIV COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE ELEVEN AND ITS STAFF
In Madrid, on 8 March 2012, at the premises of the Directorate-General of the ONCE, C/ Prado, 24, the representations of the Company and the workers, constituted in the Negotiating Commission of the XIV Collective Agreement of the ONCE and its staff, formally convened for these purposes, in accordance with Article 88 of the Staff Regulations.
The Permanent Executive Committee of the General Council of the ONCE, in its Session held on January 25, 2012, authorized the marketing by the network of ticket sellers of the sporadic lottery product " Sorteo del Gold of the Red Cross ", to be held on July 19, 2012, after the signing of the framework agreement for collaboration with the Spanish Red Cross, under the General Agreement with the Government of the Nation, and under the conditions indicated in the said Agreement Tip.
The Permanent Executive Committee of the General Council of the ONCE, at its meeting held on February 22, 2012, has approved the realization of an extraordinary product sweepstakes of the game modality, to celebrate on Thursday 9 August 2012, in the framework of the General Agreement between the Government of the Nation and the ONCE, and under the conditions set out in the Council Agreement itself.
It is necessary to agree on the regulation of the remuneration conditions surrounding these two products, as provided for in the XIV Collective Agreement.
The ONCE and the U.G.T. unions and Workers ' Commissions adopt this Agreement, with the same value as the collective agreement:
"Conditions of sale for the" Sorteo del Oro de la Cruz Roja " and for the Sorteo de producto extraordinaire (Coupon) of 9 August 2012
1. The sale of the "Sorteo del Oro de la Cruz Roja" lottery product, to be held on July 19, 2012, will be carried out in advance by the entire active staff of sellers and sellers who sell for part or all of the the date range in which it is marketed, with its sale with the other product, and paid with a 10% fee from the first ticket.
2. The sale for the Special Product Sweepstakes of the Coupon Game Mode of August 9, 2012 will be made in advance by the authorized outlets, and by all the active staff of agents selling and selling agents that perform the sale for part or all of the range of dates on which they are marketed, while at the same time selling them with the rest of the products.
3. Coupons for the Sorteo of August 9, 2012 will have the same remuneration conditions as the coupons for the regular daily draw from Monday to Thursday, which is why the commission count will be the result of considering the sale as the one made for any draw from Monday to Thursday, adding it to the seller's monthly global sale, and taking this into account for the purposes of the mandatory minimum and sales threshold.
4. The sales commissions for both products shall be collected by the selling staff under the conditions laid down in Circular 25/2009 of 17 November.
5. These rules shall enter into force, and shall begin to have effect, from the date of signature of this Agreement.
6. The Directorate-General of the ONCE is empowered to dictate the development instructions it considers most appropriate to ensure the proper implementation of this Agreement. "
