Having regard to the text of the wage revision of the state collective agreement for the tanning, belt, industrial leather and fur industries (Convention Code No. 99001465011981), which was signed with On 22 March 2012, on the one hand, the ACEPXPEL employers ' association representing companies in the sector, and the other by the trade union organisations CC.OO-FITEQA and FITAG-UGT on behalf of workers, and in accordance with the Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Statute of Workers, Text Recast approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

ACT OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE TANNING, BELT, INDUSTRIAL LEATHER AND FUR TANNING INDUSTRIES DATED 22 MARCH 2012

Being 12 hours of the day 22 March 2012, the Joint Commission of the State Collective Convention for the Curtid Industries, with the assistance of the representatives of the Central Banks, meets at the headquarters of CCOO of Barcelona. Trade unions CCOO-FITEQA and UGT-FITAG and the ACEPXPEL Patron related below, in order to deal with the following points:

1. Update salary tables 2011.

In accordance with Article 66 of the collective agreement, the revision and updating of the salary tables for the year 2011, starting from the actual CPI of the year 2011, which has been of 2.4%, is carried out, with the tables attached to this report. Final year 2011.

2. Salary arrears 2011.

On the tables in Annex 1, the salary arrears for the year 2011 shall be paid in accordance with Article 68 of the Collective Agreement.

3. Salary tables 2012.

Having finished 31 of December last year the period of validity of the Conveio 2009-2011 the salary tables for 2012 will be those that result from the negotiation of the collective agreement that starts today with the Constitution of the Joint Commission of the Collective Convention 2012.

4. Insurance Policy Update.

The amount of insurance policy set out in Article 97 of the Convention remains at 16.55 euros for the year 2011. Annex 2.

5. Loyalty Award Update.

The scales listed in Article 99 regarding the loyalty award for 2011 are maintained with the following values:

At age 60: 1.842.22.

At 61 years old: 1,458.61.

At 62 years old: 704.81.

At 63 years old: 621.27.

At 64: 526.14.

At 65 years old: 442.67.

6. Update of Annex 2 to the Convention for companies located in Catalonia.

loyalty award:

The applicable supplements for companies located in Catalonia, in accordance with Article 13 of Annex III to the Convention, are maintained in the following values:

At age 60: 777.51.

At 61 years old: 749.85.

At 62 years old: 677.29.

At 63 years old: 615.09.

At 64: 577.08.

At 65 years old: 573.62.

Life insurance:

The amounts referred to in Article 14 relating to Life insurance in this Annex are fixed at EUR 5,837,16 and EUR 2,915,09 respectively for 2011. See Annex 2.

And there are no more issues to be dealt with, the session is lifted on the day and the hour marked on the heading.
