Order DEF3450/2010, dated December 28, amended Order DEF/2424/2004 of 20 July, which delegated powers to the Ministry of Defence, with the aim of having the delegation in the Deputy Director General of Historical-Artistic Heritage the functions of its competence.

Royal Decree 454/2012, of 5 March, of basic organic structure of the Ministry of Defense abolished the Subdirectorates General of Publications and Historical-Artistic Heritage, creating the Subdirección General de Publications and Cultural Heritage to develop the functions of both Subdirectorates General, making it dependent on the Technical General Secretariat.

Therefore, it is considered appropriate to carry out the amendment of Order DEF/2424/2004, of 20 July, for which powers are delegated to the authorities of the Ministry of Defense, to the object of its adequacy to the provisions of the Royal Decree 454/2012 of 5 March and to carry out the delegation to the Technical Secretary General.

Consequently, pursuant to Articles 13 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, and 20.1.b) of Law 50/1997 of 27 November 1997, of the Government, I have:

Single item. Amendment of Order DEF/2424/2004 of 20 July, which delegated powers to the Ministry of Defence in relation to certain administrative matters.

Order DEF/2424/2004 of 20 July, which delegated powers to the Ministry of Defence in relation to certain administrative matters, is amended as follows:

One. Paragraph 3 of the first paragraph is worded as follows:

" 3. In the Technical Secretary General, those who appear with the order numbers from 16 to 19, in the Annex to this Order. "

Two. Point 16 of the Annex is worded as follows:

" 16. The authorization to leave assets assigned to the museums, as well as the funds belonging to the historical, documentary and bibliographic heritage of the Ministry of Defense. "

Three. Point 18 of the Annex is worded as follows:

" 18. The allocation of assets and funds from the historical, documentary and bibliographic heritage to the stable collection of the Ministry of Defense's museums, archives and libraries. "

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

It is hereby repealed with Order DEF3450/2010 of 28 December, amending Order DEF/2424/2004 of 20 July, which delegated powers to the Ministry of Defence.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Ministerial Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
