Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the universities Council, following a positive report from the National Agency for quality assessment and accreditation (ANECA).

Established the official nature of the title by agreement of Council of Ministers of 24 February 2012 (published in the official Gazette of 26 March 2012 by resolution of the Secretary General of universities, of 5 March 2012).

For the purposes of the compliance of the foreseen in article 35.4 of the organic law 6/2001, of 21 December, on universities, and in the wording given by the organic law 4/2007, of 12 April, laying down that the rectors and Vice-Chancellors of universities shall order the publication in the «Official Gazette» (BOE) and the «Diario official de Galicia"(DOG) in this case, the first paragraph of the section 5.1 of the memory for the request for verification of official titles, according to annex I of Royal Decree 1393 / 2007, of October 29, according to press release of October 14, 2008, of the General academic coordination and legal regime of the Ministry of science and innovation, on the structure of the teachings , and according to article 26 of the Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July, this Chancellor, resolved: publish the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the official title of master's degree in marine biology from the University of Vigo, contained in the annex to this resolution.
