Having regard to the text of the definitive economic review for 2010 of the National Sectoral Agreement of the Salinera Industry of 2010 (Convention Code No. 99014535072002), published in the BOE of 8-6-2011, revision that was signed, with Date 5 March 2012, by the Joint Committee of the Sectoral Agreement, in which the Spanish Association of Salt Manufacturers (AFASAL) and the trade union organisations FITEQA-CC.OO. and FIA-UGT, signatories to the Sectoral Agreement are integrated into representation, respectively, of companies and workers in the sector, and in accordance with the Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of agreements and collective work agreements,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned economic review in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE NATIONAL SECTORAL AGREEMENT OF THE SALT INDUSTRY

Pay Guarantee Clause 2010

In Madrid, being 10.00 hours of March 5, 2012, they meet, at the headquarters FIA-UGT, sita on Avenida de América n. º 25, 2. th floor, on one hand, the business representation of Industry of the Salinera Industry, Association Spanish de Makers de Sal (AFASAL), made up of Juan José Pantoja Bravo, and as Advisors don Emilio Corbacho Domínguez and don Jorge Fernández-Portillo Pardo de Donlebel and another, the Federation of Textile Industries-Skin, Chemistry and Purposes of Workers ' Commissions (FITEQA-CC.OO.) represented by Dona Pilar García Torres and the Federation of Related Industries of the General Workers ' Union (FITAG-UGT), represented by José Carlos Ruiz Palacios, with these organizations the character of the most representative of the sector, making use of the forecasts contained in the number 2 Article 3 of the General Collective Agreement of the Salinera Industry (BOE No 250 of 19 October 2006).

The purpose of the meeting is to comply with the Guarantee Clause contained in Article 5 of the text of the National Sectoral Agreement of the Salinera Industry for the year 2010 (BOE No. 136 of 8 June 2011). literally says:

1. " On the assumption that the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to December 31, 2010 will exceed 1.2 percent (a two percent point), an economic review will be carried out on the excess of that percentage, with the effects of one of January of two thousand ten.

2. Such review shall, where appropriate, affect the economic concepts contained in Article 45 of the General Collective Agreement of the Salinera Industry and on the Guaranteed Annual Minimum Wage (SMAG) of Article 57 of that text.

3. This clause shall be adapted to the period of validity of each Provincial Collective Convention or, where applicable, Company. "

As a result of its content and seen that the CPI for 2010, which, according to the INE, has been 3% (three percent), a review of 1.8% (one coma eight percent), of the salary tables in force at 31 December 2010, is appropriate. For the above they agree:

" To carry out the planned revision by increasing by 1.8% (one comma eight percent) the amounts of the economic concepts of the General Collective Agreement of the Salinera Industry and of each of the Collective Agreements of Scope Less with effect from 1 January 2010 and referring to this revision to the Cuantias in force at 31 December 2010.

This increase will affect the SMAG of Article 57 of the aforementioned General Convention, which is set at 14,274.93 euros (fourteen thousand two hundred and seventy-four with ninety-three euros).

It shall apply, where appropriate, the absorption and compensation provided for in Article 45 of the General Convention, in the terms and conditions laid down therein. "
