Seen the text of the review economic final for the year 2011 of the agreement sectoral national of the industry salt of the 2011 (code of Convention No. 99014535072002), review that was subscribed, with date 5 of March of 2012, by the Commission mixed of said agreement sectoral, in which are integrated the Association Spanish of manufacturers of salt (AFASAL) and them organizations Union FITEQA-CC. OO. and FIA-UGT, signatories of the sectoral representation agreement, respectively, enterprises and workers in the sector, and in accordance with the provisions of article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the law of the Statute of workers, consolidated text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of 24 March, and in Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 may , on registration and deposit of conventions and agreements collective's work, this direction General of employment resolves: first.

Order the registration of the above-mentioned economic review in the corresponding register of conventions and collective work agreements with operation through electronic means of this Center Directors, with notice to the Joint Commission.

Minutes of the Joint Committee of the national sectoral agreement of salt industry wage warranty 2011 in Madrid, being the 10,00 hours of March 5, 2012, gather, FIA-UGT headquarters, located at Avenida de América, no. 25, 2nd floor, on the one hand the business representation of Sector of the industry salt industry, Spanish Association of manufacturers of salt (AFASAL) , constituted by don Juan Jose Pantoja Bravo, and as consultants don Emilio Corbacho Dominguez and don Jorge Fernandez-portillo Pardo of Donlebun and of another, the Federation of industries Textil-Piel, chemical and related of commissions workers (FITEQA-CC.) OO.) represented by Doña Pilar García Torres and the Federation of allied industries of the General Union of workers (UGT-FITAG), represented by don José Carlos Ruiz Palacios, boasting such organizations the character more representative, making use of the provisions contained in paragraph 2 of article 3 of the Convention collective General of the industry salt industry (BOE 250 of October 19, 2006).

The purpose of the meeting is to give effect to the warranty clause contained in article 5 of the text of the agreement sectoral national of the industry salt industry for the year 2011, agreed to by the parties and still pending their publication in the official Gazette, which literally says: 1. 'on the assumption that the annual increase of the index of prices to the consumer (IPC) to December 31, 2011 exceed 1.4% (one eat 4%) , will be made a review economic on the excess of said both percent with effects of one of January of two thousand eleven.

2 that review, where appropriate, affect the economic concepts contained in article 45 of the General collective agreement for the salt industry and on the wage minimum annual guaranteed (SMAG) of article 57 of that text.

In consequence to its content and saw that the CPI for the year 2011 which, according to the INE, has been 2.4% (two point four per cent), comes a review of 1% (one per cent), in force at 31 December 2011 salary tables.

Therefore AGREE: «make the review envisaged increasing by 1% (one per cent) the amounts of the economic concepts of the General collective agreement for the salt industry and each of the collective agreements of lower level with effect from 1 January of the year 2011 and referring this review to the amounts in force at 31 December 2011.

This increase will affect in equal amount to the SMAG of the article 57 of the quoted Convention General that is set at 14.605,11 euros (fourteen thousand six hundred five with eleven euros).

«Will be of application, in your case, the absorption and compensation provided for in the article 45 of the Convention General, in them terms and conditions there set.»

By all which is extends the present Act, in the place and date indicated, that sign them assistants in proof of conformity.
