Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2012 of the I State collective agreement of notaries and employees (Code of Convention No. 99018195012010) which was signed by the Joint Commission dated 23 April 2012 of the Convention of which the business association FEDANE is a part representing the companies of the sector and the trade union organizations FES-UGT and COMEIA-CC.OO. representing the workers and in accordance with the provisions of the Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Staff Regulations Act, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May 2010 on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

ACT NO 4 OF THE JOINT STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF NOTARIES AND EMPLOYEES

In Madrid, on April 23, 2012, the Joint Commission of the State Collective Agreement of Notaries and employees, constituted by:

On one side, representing FEDANE.

On the other hand, the union representation constituted by the State Federation of UGT Services and by COMFIA-CC.OO.

Manifest and agree:

1. In compliance with the provisions of Article 19 (3) of the collective agreement, and without prejudice to the legal and conventional provisions regarding the dismemberment or non-application of wages in force, to update the Board of Pay with effect from 1 January 2012, applying 2.4% (actual CPI for the previous year). The updated salary table is attached to this Act.

2. Arrange for publication in the "Official State Gazette".

The assistants, read the above, finding it in accordance, sign this Act for the appropriate purposes, rather than the date at the beginning indicated. -By FES-UGT. -By FEDANE. -By COMFIA-CC.OO.
