By Resolution of this Presidency of 21 May 2010 ("BOE" n ° 150 of 21 June), the exercise of various powers conferred on the President of the Confederation in Article 33.1 (d) of the Treaty was delegated. Regulation of the Public Administration of Water and Hydrological Planning. Powers between which the practice of the individual periodic liquidations corresponding to the concession fees for hydroelectric use in hydraulic works attached to the Hydrographic Confederation is found of the Ebro (Article 135 b) of the Hydraulic Public Domain Regulation) and the exercise of which was delegated to the Technical Director of the Basin Agency.

For reasons of effectiveness, it is necessary to revoke the delegation of the exercise of the jurisdiction described, so that, in application of the provisions of article 13.6 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of the Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure, and in the additional provision of Law 6/1997 of 14 April 1997 on the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State

First.

Revoking the delegation of competence conferred on the Technical Director for the practice of individual periodic liquidations corresponding to the concession fees for hydroelectric use in works hydraulics attached to the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation (first paragraph, point 1.2 of the Resolution of the President of the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation of 21 May 2010).

Second.

This Resolution shall produce effects from the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
