In compliance of them provisions contained in the Real Decree 951 / 2005, of 29 of July, by which is sets the frame general for it improves of the quality in the Administration General of the State, the sub-delegation of the Government in Cordoba has proposed the update of its letter of services. Article 11(1) of the aforementioned provision establishes that services letters and their subsequent updates will be approved by resolution of the Undersecretary of the Department to which belongs the organ or the proponent Agency is attached.

Seen the favourable report issued in this regard by the State Agency of evaluation of public policies and the quality of services, date December 15, 2014, under the powers that gives the current regulations concerning Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, by which establishes the general framework for improvement of the quality of the General Administration of the State , This Undersecretary has determined it following: approve the update of the letter of services of the sub-delegation of the Government in Cordoba, that will have validity starting from the day following to the publication of this resolution in the «newsletter official of the State».

The above list of services must be available in the mentioned sub-delegation and the electronic office of the Department, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (b)) of article 6.2 of the Royal Decree 1671 / 2009, dated November 6, which develops partially law 11/2007, of 22 June, electronic access of citizens to public services.
