The Board of Directors of the business public entity ADIF-High Speed, at its meeting of 30 January 2015, adopted by a majority of the members present with the right to vote, the Agreement which is annexed to the present Resolution, approving the update for the year 2015, of the Document of Declaration on the ADIF Network-High Speed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.1 n) of the Statute of that business public entity.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Order FOM/897/2005 of 7 April 2005 on the network declaration and the procedure for the allocation of railway infrastructure capacity, it is for the Secretary-General to Infrastructure to order the publication of the agreements approving the amendments to the network declaration, a forecast to which compliance is made by this Resolution.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3 of the aforementioned Order, the updated document of the Declaration on the Network will be available through the ADIF-High Speed web page, www.adifaltavelocidad.es, and, in any case, any candidate may acquire from ADIF-High Speed, a copy of the updated Network Statement.

ADIF Business Public Entity Board Agreement-High Speed

The Board of Directors of the business public entity ADIF-High Speed, at its meeting on 30 January 2015, at point seven of the agenda, has adopted, by a majority of the members present with the right to vote, the next agreement:

" Approve, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.1 n) of the Statute of the Entity, the Update, for the year 2015, of the Document of Declaration on the ADIF Network-High Speed, whose document is incorporated as Annex II to the Minutes of the sitting. '
