Resolution Of March 4, 2015, Of The Secretariat, Which Approves The Update Of The List Of Services Of The Address Insular Of The General Administration Of The State In Lanzarote.

Pursuant to the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, by which establishes the general framework for the improvement of the quality in the General Administration of the State, the address Insular of the General Administration of the State in Lanzarote has proposed updating its list of services. He article 11.1 of the cited provision sets that them letters of services and their subsequent updates will be approved by resolution of the Undersecretary of the Department to which belong the organ or is attached the body proponent.

Seen favorable report issued in this regard by the State Agency of evaluation of public policies and the quality of services of date 27 January 2015, under the powers that gives the current regulations concerning Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, by which establishes the general framework for improvement of the quality of the General Administration of the State , This Undersecretary has determined it following: approve the update of it letter of services of the address Insular of the Administration General of the State in Lanzarote, that will have validity starting from the day following to the publication of this resolution in the «newsletter official of the State».

The above list of services must be available in the mentioned Insular direction and the electronic office of the Department, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (b)) of article 6.2 of the Royal Decree 1671 / 2009, dated November 6, which is partially developed law 11/2007, of 22 June, electronic access of citizens to public services. Will also be available on the website of the Ministry and at the following Internet address: http://www.060.es/.
