Pursuant to the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, by which establishes the general framework for the improvement of the quality in the General Administration of the State, the address Insular of the General Administration of the State in La Gomera has proposed updating its list of services. He article 11.1 of the cited provision sets that them letters of services and their subsequent updates will be approved by resolution of the Undersecretary of the Department to which belong the organ or is attached the body proponent.

Seen the report favorable issued to the respect by the Agency State of evaluation of them political public and it quality of them services of date 26 of January of 2015, under them competencies that you assigns it normative existing in relation to the Real Decree 951 / 2005, of 29 of July, by which is sets the frame general for improves of the quality in it Administration General of the State , This secretariat has resolved as follows: approve the update of the Charter of services of the address Insular of the General Administration of the State in La Gomera, which shall be effective starting from the day following the publication of this resolution in the «Official Gazette».

The above list of services must be available in the mentioned Insular direction and the electronic office of the Department, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (b)) of article 6.2 of the Royal Decree 1671 / 2009, dated November 6, which is partially developed law 11/2007, of 22 June, electronic access of citizens to public services.
