Having regard to the text of the wage revision of the state collective agreement for the photographic industry (convention code No. 99002235011981), which was signed on 4 February 2015, by the Joint Committee of the The Spanish Federation of Professional Photography and Picture Professionals (FEPEI) and the National Association of Employers and Autonomous Photography (ANEAF), representing companies in the sector, and the Federation of Service of the UGT and the Federation of Citizenship Services of CC.OO., representing workers, and pursuant to Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text adopted by Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

MINUTES MEETING OF THE JOINT INTERPRETATION AND SURVEILLANCE COMMISSION OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHIC INDUSTRY CONVENTION CODE No. 99002235011981

In Madrid, at the headquarters of CCOO at the Plaza de Cristino Martos, 4, at 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, the Joint Commission of Interpretation and Surveillance of the Convention meets with the assistance of the following organizations:

For business representation:

Spanish Federation of Photography and Image Professionals (FEPFI), represented by José Antonio Parraga Domínguez.

National Association of Employers and Autonomous Photography (ANEAF), represented by Francisco Ferrera Rendo.

By union representation:

Federation of Services of the General Union of Workers, represented by José M. García González and Pedro Rodríguez Merino.

Federation of Citizenship Services of Workers ' Commissions, represented by Nazareth García Tenda and Manuel Ángel Fernández Balanza.

The meeting starts, reaching the following agreements:

1. On the basis of the draft budget, the Commission has taken the view that, in the light of the current situation, the Commission has not yet taken a decision on the basis of the draft budget. 2014.

These new salary tables have an effect from 1 January 2015.

2. Since the GDP data for 2014 (1 '4%) is provisional and until the end of February the definitive data will not be known, if once known it would have to update the salary tables, the CMIVC will be reassembled for this purpose.

3. Alberto Margallo Pascual is hereby authorised to carry out the necessary formalities for the registration of the agreements adopted in this Act for the purpose of recording the registration in the BOE.

No more issues to be dealt with, this act is signed giving the meeting over.
