Having regard to the text of the wage revision of the State Collective Agreement on the retail trade in drogueries, herbalists and perfumeries (Convention code No 99100145012014) approved in the minutes signed on 8 February 2015 by the Joint Committee of the abovementioned Convention of which the National Federation of Perfumists and Droguers of Spain and the National Federation of Herbodietetics (FENADIHER) are represented on behalf of the companies in the sector, and the Federation of Services to the Mobility and Consumption of the General Workers ' Union (SMC-UGT) and the Federation of Services of Workers ' Commissions (CCOO) on behalf of the workers concerned, in accordance with Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text approved by the Royal Decree Legislative 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

In Madrid, at 5 February 2015 at 10.30 a.m., meeting at the headquarters of the National Federation of Perfumists and Drogueros of Spain, as a registered office for the Joint Commission, of one party and the other, relating to the margin in their capacity as representatives of the undersigned organizations in the Joint Commission of the State Collective Convention of the retail trade of drogueries, herbalists and perfumeries and in development of the provisions of the articles who are quoted from the same have addressed the following

ORDER OF THE DAY

First. Wage revision clause 2014 (Article 47 (4)).

Verified by the parties to the collective agreement that the parameters for operating the wage revision provided for in Article 47 (4) on wages in 2014, as published in paragraph 47.2, have not been met. of the collective agreement (BOE 2 of October 2014) are left as final salaries for the financial year 2014.

Second. Base salaries year 2015 (Article 47 (5)).

According to the powers conferred on this Joint Committee by Article 47 (5) of the collective agreement, a wage increase of 1% will be applied on the basis of the year 2014, resulting in the base salaries the following:

Third. Homogenization wage supplement (CSH).

According to the provisions of Articles 47 (3) and 5 of the collective agreement, the salary tables for the homogenization complement of the territories where the concept was applied in 2014 are those that are reflected in the This paragraph and the updated Annex corresponding to the Autonomous Community of Navarre annexed to this Act.

Fourth. Homogenization wage supplement (CSH) of the Autonomous cities, provinces and/or Autonomous Communities whose agreements have expired on 31 December 2014.

The parties undertake to study the alternatives discussed with respect to the applicable CSH in the Autonomous Cities, provinces and/or Autonomous Communities whose agreements have expired on 31 December 2014 and incorporate their results. to the collective agreement, during the month of February 2015.

The parties also agree to ask the Employment and Social Security Directorate-General for Employment and Social Security to register, register and publish the contents of the collective agreement attached to this report in the Bulletin State Officer.

To this effect, Dona Maria Dolores Diez García is given a mandate, with DNI 9740946D for the purposes of proceeding with her registration.

And there are no other issues to be dealt with, the session is lifted and from it the present minutes, which sign the present proof of conformity at the place and date indicated above.
