In accordance with the provisions of article 35 of the organic law 6/2001, of 21 December, on universities, and in article 26.3 of Royal Decree 1393 / 2007, of October 29, which establishes the planning of official university education, once established the official nature of the qualification of graduate in administration and business management from the University of Malaga and carried out the registration in the register of universities , Centers and titles by agreement of Council of Ministers of 1 of October of 2010 (published in the «newsletter official of the State» number 273, of the day 11 of November of 2010), through resolution of this University dated to 16 of December of 2010 is ordered the publication of the plan of studies conducive to the obtaining of them concerned teachings in the «newsletter official of the State» and in the «newsletter official of the Board of Andalusia».

Having is transacted, according to it established in the article 28 of the Real Decree 1393 / 2007, modifications in the cited plan of studies, and a time retrieved, the 10 of June of 2014, the prescriptive and determinant report favorable of the Agency Andalusian of the knowledge, this Rector's Office, in use of them powers that has attributed, and of conformity with it willing in the article 35.4 of the law organic 6 / 2001 of 21 December, on universities, solve order the publication of the modification of the curriculum's teachings leading to the award of the qualification of graduate in administration and business management from the University of Malaga, which is structured as it is noted in the annex to this resolution.
