Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the years 2014 and 2015 of the collective agreement of the poultry and other animals sector (convention code No. 99002415011982), which was signed on 12 February 2015, by the business organisations ASEPRHU, PROPOLLO and FEDEROVO representing the undertakings in the sector, and the other by the trade unions CC.OO. and UGT on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law on Workers ' Statute, recast text approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/95 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,
This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
Second.
Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

ACT OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE POULTRY AND OTHER LIVESTOCK SECTOR
In Madrid, being 11 hours on February 12, two thousand fifteen, the Negotiating Commission of the Collective Agreement of the Sector of Poultry Farms and Other Animals meets.
After a discussion, the parties agree to perform the corresponding sub-healing on the terms set out by the Directorate-General for Employment by means of a letter of communication of sub-healing dated 28/01/2015 with a file number 99/01/0172/2014.
In this sense, the parties agree:
First.
Modify the salary tables for the years 2014 and 2015 in the following terms:
-For the year 2014: Increase of 0.3%.
-For 2015: Increase of 0.3%.
-For the year 2016, the parties agree that in January and February they will be placed for the negotiation of the percentage to increase, although a minimum increase of 0.3 is guaranteed for the case of disagreement.
Second.
Finally, the parties empower Don Ángel Martín Ruiz, with DNI n. º 50141977, to carry out the registration procedures of the present remedy agreement with the Directorate General for Employment.
